Embracing Growth: The Space Between Growth & Stillness

Hello Beautiful Souls!!

I wanted to take a moment to share an update on my journey and the incredible experiences that have shaped my path over the past year. As many of you know, my mission has always been to create spaces for healing, transformation, and self-discovery through yoga and holistic practices. I am excited to share how I’ve been evolving both personally and professionally.

Recently, I have been diving deep into my studies and expanding my skill set to better serve you all. I have been working with amazing coaches to better serve my business and non profit and am now equipped with a broader range of tools and techniques to help guide my businesses and clients on a journey to expansion .

I am thrilled to announce that I have been sharing my yoga teacher training immersions that focus on personal growth, mindfulness, and self-empowerment plus all things yoga with other studios in the midwest! These immersions have been a beautiful blend of yoga, meditation, and pranayama designed to help aspiring teachers connect with themselves on a deeper level. It’s been incredibly rewarding to witness the transformations that unfold as individuals embrace their journeys and step into their power.

Each immersion has been unique, catering to the specific needs of the participants. Whether it’s a RYT200, RCYT, RYT300 or an extended retreat, I strive to create an environment that fosters connection, healing, and joy. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am grateful for the opportunity to facilitate such meaningful experiences.

One of the highlights of my journey has been the connections I’ve made with fellow yogis and wellness enthusiasts. Building a community around shared values of growth, compassion, and support has been a cornerstone of my practice. I am continuously inspired by the stories and journeys of those who join me on the mat, and I am committed to nurturing this community as we grow together.

As I look to the future, I am excited about what’s to come. I am currently working on new workshops and programs that will delve deeper into topics like Manifestation and Money Mindset. My goal is to create even more opportunities for learning and growth, both for myself and for all of you!
